AIP-11: Observability Standard

Abstract#

Defines execution tracing and audit.

Normative Requirements#

1. Every tool call MUST emit a trace span with stable identifiers.

2. Audit logs MUST be append-only.

3. Logs SHOULD be hash-chained.

4. Integrity violations MUST trigger alert and MAY trigger quarantine.

5. Observability data MUST support redaction and retention policies.
