5. Deploy runtime via GAR (Intelligence Layer)

6. Configure billing profile (optional)

7. Emit event + audit log

Node Deployment (DePIN)

1. Select node type (compute / storage / bandwidth)

2. Configure hardware spec and stake amount

3. SDK validates capability token

4. Register in DePIN registry (Infrastructure Layer)

5. Begin reward accumulation

6. Emit audit event
