Agent Builder
Agent Builder provides the configuration interface for creating and managing AI agents.
Agent Builder does not execute agents directly. Instead it:

generates agent manifests
-
defines policies
-
configures tool bindings
-
composes deployment bundles
These bundles are executed by GAR within the AI OS layer.
